We understand the importance of having someone you know and trust by your side. That's why we are happy to accomodate up to one guest of your choice during your stay. Please be advised that this service is only rendered upon room availability. **Please contact the Spa before adding this service to your package .**

Cancellation Policy

$150 Deposits are non refundable.

Reservations paid in full are 100% refundable up to 30 days before arrival, minus the deposit. Cancellations made after that period is subject to 50% refund on all services.

No refunds will be given to patients leaving before scheduled check out date.

Date change

50% fee will be charged from total paid if the new dates are unavailable and you wish to cancel your reservations after 30 days before arrival date.

75% fee will be charged from total paid if the new dates are unavailable and you wish to cancel your reservations after 15 days before arrival date.

100% fee will be charged from total paid if the new dates are unavailable and you wish to cancel your reservations 5 days before arrival date.

Deposits will be applied to new date up to 2 months after original date.

$50 Room amenities to be paid upon arrival. Refundable after room check.

No exceptions will be made.
